In powder coating, a dry, solvent-free coating powder is charged electrostatically or by friction and applied to the workpiece. Electrostatic attraction keeps it on the component, and it is then baked in an oven at 160–200 °C. We offer this particularly hard-wearing surface finish in all RAL colours with various gloss levels and textures or corrosivity categories as required. ESD coatings, RAL Design/NCS/Sikkens or Pantone colours are available on request.
We offer this technology at both sites – in Postbauer even for parts up to 7 metres long!
